About Us
We are a sports and leisure wear factory, a professional manufacturer. Founded in 2012, our company is based in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China, and we have 4 other professional factories in both Zhangzhou and Xiamen cities. The structure covers a total area of 12,000 square meters and consists of a production factory, an administrative center, a conference room, a showroom, and a large warehouse with a storage capacity of over 300 tonnes of raw material.

Our Products
We produce sports and leisure wear for men, women and children.
In the men's and boys' category, our products include: men's shirts, tank tops, shorts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, tracksuits, outfits, pants and bottoms.
In the women's and girls' category, our products include women's shirts, tank tops, sports bras, pants and leggings, shorts and bottoms, golf and tennis wear, sports sets, women's outfits, sports and leisure jackets, hoodies, and sweatshirts.

Broad Customer Network
Our flexible pricing policy allows us to export to all 5 continents. As a result, we have customers in Australia, North America (including the US and Canada), South America, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Northern and Southern Africa, and Asia.

Zhangzhou New Era Sports Wear Industry And Trade has passed ISO 9001:2015, BSCI and WRAP certifications. Over the years, the company has established direct or indirect collaborations with internationally renowned brands such as Jordan, FILA, NAUTICA, ACADEMY, NHL and other well-known brands, at both home and abroad.

A Highly Automated Production Chain
The production factory is made up as follows: 25 sewing lines, 15 ironing lines, 8 cutting lines, 9 fabric relaxing lines and 4 fabric sampling lines.
The equipment used in the company's production chain forms a highly sophisticated garment development and production system, enabling us to produce garments with very high added value in terms of production development and quality control. The company's total annual production volume consistently exceeds 3 million pieces.

A Significant Workforce
There is an average of 21 sewing professionals per line, which totals 525 sewers; 15 employees on each ironing line, which brings the total number to 225; 5 operators per cutting line, making a total of 40 operators; 3 employees per fabric relaxing line, making a total of 27 employees; a team of 8 staff on each fabric sampling line, making a total of 32 staff.
In addition to this workforce, the company employs over 300 skilled and unskilled workers, giving a total of around 900 full and part-time employees.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Before starting production, the company will conduct a comprehensive inspection of raw materials to ensure that they meet the best quality standards. The fabric needs to undergo tests such as abrasion resistance, elasticity, sweat resistance, color stability, tensile strength, and washability to ensure quality.
Quality Control Procedures
When cutting fabrics, it is necessary to repeatedly check the accuracy of shape, size, edge wear, and any improper cutting. Regarding seams, factors such as seam strength, stitching regularity (size and spacing), loose or improperly trimmed thread ends, and obvious thread ends or unprocessed edges should all be carefully considered and strictly inspected. We will thoroughly examine the elasticity of specific areas (waist, wrist, knee, etc.) and specified dimensions (L, 2X, S, M, etc.).

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven days) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for the personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities, and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures ofa reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.

We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. We ensure only transactions with proper management approval are accounted for in our books and records.
